Nonwoven Fabric Production Line Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We collect fabric properties, process route, quantity and destination, then request factory quotes for a dedicated nonwoven fabric production line. We do not manufacture webs, keep warehouse stock, or present a factory as already inspected. Spunbond, spunlace and meltblown are different formation routes; a public spunbond basis-weight range does not transfer to hydroentanglement or meltblown filtration without a named trial.

A replacement beam that must reuse an existing winder, dryer or building bay is not the same commercial object as a greenfield cell. Record work envelope, footprint and utilities before you treat two prices as interchangeable. Public manufacturer pages that list gsm or denier describe a product family; they do not prove your pad will accept the quoted frame.
If a line already occupies the hall, measure beam height, aisle for spinneret changes, dryer or calender centerline, and the remaining length to the winder. A quoted formation section that cannot reuse those connections will force extra process-air ducts, water loops or conveyors that a headline kg/h figure will not show.
Ask each bidder whether the offer is a drop-in formation and bonding pair or a new cell with its own utilities, PLC interface and winding format.
Name the saleable fabric, polymer or staple blend, usable width and gsm window. A light spunbond hygiene web and a heavier SMS stack are not one recipe. Reifenhäuser RF5 public notes on basis weight and filament fineness apply to spunbond; they do not establish needle-punch or hydroentanglement equipment. See fabric properties and process route.
List spinnerets, card clothing, water-jet strips, dryer belts and winding cores that move with a SKU change. Spunlace water filtration media and meltblown process-air filters are often consumable systems, not free extras inside a machine price.
Write the laboratory method for gsm, width, strength direction or pressure drop. Request separate figures for stable production and product changeover instead of converting a best-case running speed into guaranteed daily output. Throughput must carry material and test conditions, not only a nominal m/min.
The supplier confirms machine feasibility, named tooling, FAT records and the documents attached to its offer. The buyer owns building, utilities, feedstock logistics, local safety interpretation and SAT against the named fabric. This service organizes comparable inquiries; it does not sign installation or accept a web on the buyer’s floor.
Machine, delivery and site buckets must be visible before two nonwoven fabric production line prices can be read together. Optional budget and supplier preference can travel in the same requirement text. No numerical saving claim is published without comparable quotations.
